Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 Key Definitions

The words and terms used in these Terms shall be understood as follows:

• "User" or "Member" means any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" means the registered profile of a user through which platform services are accessed.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a user's account.
• "Bonus Funds" means additional funds granted subject to promotional conditions, which cannot be withdrawn directly.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• "Verification" means the identity verification process, also known as KYC.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

All services on xbajee 2 are available only to persons aged 21 or older. When opening an account, you must declare that you meet this age requirement. If requested, you must submit a National ID card or passport as proof of age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may only open one account. It is strictly prohibited to hold multiple accounts under the same name, to have multiple accounts from the same household, or to open multiple accounts using the same device or IP address. If this condition is breached, all associated accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Details

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be true, accurate, and current. xbajee 2 reserves the right to close at any time any account opened with false or incomplete information.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the xbajee 2 support team immediately.

Account Verification Process

3.1 Identity Verification

xbajee 2 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Documents that may typically be requested for verification include:

• A clear copy of a National ID card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

3.2 If Verification Is Not Completed

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawal processing may be delayed or the account may be temporarily suspended. This is a necessary step to prevent fraud and to protect the interests of all members on the platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

xbajee 2 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Matching Deposits and Withdrawals

In accordance with anti-money laundering policy, an amount equivalent to the deposit will be returned via the same payment method. Any additional winnings may be withdrawn through any supported method.

4.4 Account Currency

All transactions on xbajee 2 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Cryptocurrency transactions are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; the wagering requirement on this bonus will be ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000. This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonus funds are never given as direct cash — they are usable subject to meeting the wagering requirement. "100% bonus, up to ৳5,000" means a bonus equal to each qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• There is a time limit for meeting the wagering requirement, which is stated in the details of each offer.
• The maximum bet amount allowed using bonus funds is set separately for each promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another person.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• xbajee 2 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular members receive weekly cashback through the VIP program. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.2% at Bronze level, 0.4% at Silver level, 0.6% at Gold level, and 0.8% at Platinum level. This cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses. For example, a Gold level member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 would receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. xbajee 2 reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error due to a system fault, in which case the full stake of the bet will be returned.

6.2 Odds and Results

Odds offered in sports betting are subject to change. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. xbajee 2's decision is final in determining results.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated according to the rules of their respective software providers. Results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fair and not predetermined.

6.4 Live Casino

If a network disconnection or technical issue occurs during a live casino game, the outcome of that round will be verified and settled from the log records.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 General Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbajee 2 platform:

• Playing using bots, automation software, or any automated method
• Following a predetermined strategy to exploit bonus benefits ("bonus hunting")
• Money laundering or handling of illegal funds
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or software

• Spreading false or misleading information on the platform
• Attempting to manipulate the betting system as a group

7.2 Software Restrictions

Copying, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of the xbajee 2 platform is prohibited. All content on the platform is the intellectual property of xbajee 2.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 xbajee 2's Right to Take Action

In the following circumstances, xbajee 2 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Any breach of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or deception
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute
• Failure to provide documents for verification

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

Limitation of Liability
